DANCO Garage
The DANCO Garage is about big doors, heavy duty floors, and the structural integrity to handle anything you put into it. Want to drive your vehicle up into a DANCO Garage? Go for it. It can handle it. Just like it can handle your golf cart, all-terrain vehicles (ATV’s), utility-terrain vehicles (UTV’s), zero-turn mower, boat, motorcycles, or anything else you might have with wheels.
But, the possibilities for a DANCO Garage are not limited to things with wheels. Because of its heavy duty construction, there have been many who set up shop inside a DANCO Garage and it handled their heavy machines and equipment without issue.
And, there have been those who chose a DANCO Garage as the building for their private recreation center because they wanted a building that could handle their heavy pool table and other recreational furniture and machines.

Choices
DANCO Garage’s are available with your choice of wood or metal siding:
Premium Metal Garage = High-grade, pressure-treated, tongue-and-groove, real-wood (not OSB) 5/8″ flooring (upgradeable to 3/4″). 29 gauge metal siding on top of Tyvek house-wrap on top of 5/8″ OSB sheeting. Interlocking double top-plates. Heavy-duty house-style corners ready for finishing out the building’s interior. Heavy-duty house-style headers above doors and windows. Hurricane clips on each end of every truss and floor joist. Walls studs are 16″ on-center. Double-wall studs every 4′ for extra-strength siding seams. Floor joists are 2″x6″ pressure-treated spaced 12″ on-center. A ridge-cap vent runs the full length of the roof peak.
Garage = High-grade, pressure-treated, tongue-and-groove, real-wood (not OSB) 5/8″ flooring (upgradeable to 3/4″). Strong pressure-treated, real-wood (not OSB) siding: your choice of 1/2″ AraucoPly primed siding or 5/8″ T1-11 stained siding (upgradable to 5/8″ primed DuraTemp). Interlocking double top-plates. House-style corners ready for finishing out. Heavy-duty headers above doors and windows. Hurricane clips on each end of every truss and floor joist. Walls studs are 16″ on-center. Double-wall studs every 4′ for extra-strength siding seams. Floor joists are 2″x6″ pressure-treated spaced 12″ on-center. Heat and humidity removing soffit vent runs the full length of each roof eave and a ridge-cap vent runs the full length of the roof peak.
