DANCO Lofted Barn

In the realm of buildings, the DANCO Lofted Barn is about as universal and useful as it gets!  There have been many who were using their closets, basement, garage, attic, extra room, and/or back porch as a place to store important belongings.  But now, they have a DANCO Lofted Barn safely storing all those belongings.  And, it feels a whole lot better living in their cleaned out and organized home.  What makes a DANCO Lofted Barn special are the lofts that it comes with.  You get both the square footage of the floor space and the square footage of the loft space.  The result is an overall lower cost per square foot of storage space.  However they are used, the lofts inside the DANCO Lofted Barn create serious space efficiency.  So, from simple storage all the way up to anything you can imagine using a room, garage, house, or office for, a DANCO Lofted Barn can handle it for you.

($$$$) Premium Metal Lofted Barn = High-grade, pressure-treated, tongue-and-groove, real-wood (not OSB) 5/8″ flooring (upgradeable to 3/4″).  29 gauge metal siding on top of Tyvek house-wrap on top of 5/8″ OSB sheeting.  Interlocking double top-plates.  Heavy-duty house-style corners ready for finishing out the building’s interior.  Heavy-duty house-style headers above doors and windows.  Hurricane clips on each end of every truss and floor joist.  Walls studs are 16″ on-center.  Double-wall studs every 4′ for extra-strength siding seams.  Floor joists are 2″x6″ pressure-treated spaced 16″ on-center (upgradable to 12″ on-center).  A ridge-cap vent runs the full length of the roof peak.
