DANCO Side Porch Cabin‘s are available with your choice of wood or metal siding:
Premium Metal Side Porch Cabin = High-grade, pressure-treated, tongue-and-groove, real-wood (not OSB) 5/8″ flooring (upgradeable to 3/4″). 29 gauge metal siding on top of Tyvek house-wrap on top of 5/8″ OSB sheeting. Interlocking double top-plates. Heavy-duty house-style corners ready for finishing out the building’s interior. Heavy-duty house-style headers above doors and windows. Hurricane clips on each end of every truss and floor joist. Walls studs are 16″ on-center. Double-wall studs every 4′ for extra-strength siding seams. Floor joists are 2″x6″ pressure-treated spaced 16″ on-center (upgradable to 12″ on-center). A ridge-cap vent runs the full length of the roof peak.
